Asian cuisine is exciting and varied. In the course on Asian cuisine, we will learn to prepare exotic dishes and the dishes that have already become known as Asian classics. For example, Tom Kha Kong soup (hot chicken and prawn soup with lemon leaves, lemon grass and Thai ginger), Pan Fried Chinese dumplings, Chilli Chicken Dry Manchurian style and Lamb in Massaman curry served with rice (curry mutton with rice). Add some oriental spice to your everyday life. The course lasts 4 hours.
