In the first part of the sushi course, the raw materials necessary for making sushi and their preparation will be introduced. In the second part, under the guidance of a sushi master, preparation and tasting will take place. We will also talk about the etiquette of eating sushi and about the history of sushi. The course lasts 4 hours.
