Team cooking and a four-course dinner

In the framework of meat training, we will prepare a four-course dinner, with the main raw material being, of course, meat. We will talk about the various carcass cuts of different animals, where and how, and which cut is the best to use. During the course, you will be given worthy tips for grilling, BBQ and low-temperature cooking. The course lasts 4 hours.
