Mediterranean cuisine is considered one of the healthiest eating patterns. The flavours of the dishes are clean and dishes are simple, with special regard to the quality and preparation of raw materials that people aristocratically demand in the Mediterranean countries. During the course, we will talk about the Mediterranean cuisine culture and learn to prepare the classics of the cuisine of those countries, such as Zuppa di Funghi (cream of mushroom soup) and the delicious tiramisu cake. The course lasts 4 hours.
