A five-course dinner with the wines selected by top sommeliers includes wine training

Knowledge of flavours has become a way of life. Also, wine and food have become indispensable components of our lives. We consume them together and separately. Wine and food must be experienced together, in order to be better able to value the unexpected combinations and novel tastes. Wine enlivens the taste of the food, and food makes wine understandable for us. At the course, we will test and combine different types of wines with different foods, and we will share impressions, comment, discuss and ponder. Each participant will, in addition to a rich dinner, acquire an expanded knowledge of wine and food, and an abundant wine selection for degustation. The course on "Food and wine" lasts 4 hours.
