FoodStudio Telliskivi is located in Tallinn’s most creative and community-driven area – the Telliskivi Creative City. We chose this location because the Creative City promotes environmentally sustainable solutions, a do-it-yourself mindset, and a strong sense of community. GREEN ENERGY AND SUPPORTING NATURE
We receive our electricity from Telliskivi Creative City, which uses Alexela’s green energy produced from renewable sources. Three beehives live on the roof of FoodStudio – we use only our own honey. In summer, guests are greeted by walls of flowers and herbs on the terrace and by the entrance, providing not only beauty but also a rich table for the bees.
CONSCIOUS USE OF INGREDIENTS
In our menus, we use our own homemade broths, allowing us to make the most of both animal and plant-based leftovers.
We also prepare our own limoncello on-site and make refreshing lemonade from leftover lemons.
We adapt our dishes to our guests’ preferences – vegan-friendly, allergen-free, gluten-free, and more.
LOCAL CULTURE AND
COMMUNITY
We support local culture and sports: we’ve collaborated with Inger, the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF), and Kalev Football Club. Whenever we have the chance to contribute – we do.

There is always high-quality tap water available on the table. Filters ensure great-tasting drinking water, which in turn reduces bottle and plastic waste. A clean, simple, and environmentally friendly choice. FoodStudio Telliskivi sorts its waste according to current regulations, following the Telliskivi Creative City waste management system and supporting the principles of a circular economy.
