VALMISTAMINE

1. Puhasta küüslauk ja haki koos sibulaga. Kuumuta potipõhjas väheses õlis ning vala peale aedviljapuljong. Kuumuta keemiseni ning lisa ribadeks tükeldatud kapsas ja porgand.

 

2. Keeda tasasel tule ja poole keetmise ajal lisa ka ribadeks tükeldatud kartulid. Kui aedviljad on pehmed, lisa riivitud keedupeet, kuumuta keemiseni ja maitsesta sinepi, vajadusel ka soola ja pipraga.
