VALMISTAMINE

1. Kuumuta potis õli ning hauta vaiksel kuumusel aeg-ajalt segades sibulat ja sellerit umbes kümme minutit, kuni need on läbipaistvad ja pehmed.

2. Lisa vürtsköömned ja tšillihelbed ja kuumuta õlis läbi, kuni need aromaatseks muutuvad. Kalla juurde puljong, purustatud tomatid ja kikerherned.

3. Lase keema tõusta ja keeda vaiksel tulel umbkaudu 7-8 minutit. Maitsesta soola, pipra, sidrunimahla ja suhkruga.

4. Serveerides puista peale värsket hakitud peterselli ja/või koriandrit.
